Customers can help us by following the guidelines given below:
- If the query relates to a calculation, please save the case to disk before calling and have all the information entered available. This is especially important if you believe you may have discovered an error.
- If an error message occurs during installation or operation of any program, please note the exact text of the message and if possible the circumstances immediately before the message appeared.
For IT support staff
Our software is Windows based, written in native C++ and does not require the presence of third-party libraries or database layers for operation. No special configuration should be required for terminal server or similar environments. Client documents are stored in the file system.
